International data transfers
Several of the providers listed above are headquartered outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we and our providers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under GDPR Articles 44 to 50.
